    Documents needed to open an account

    Excerpt from the trade register or any other register in which the entity is registered, not older than 6 months. The excerpt should show the date of the company’s establishment, the name, address and head office of the company, and the type of activity it is engaged in.

    If the registration documents do not specify the activity, the customer is required to bring: 

    1) A statement by the manager(s) of the core business of the legal entity signed by a notary, or a notary’s statement affirming that the company is not obliged to specify its activity upon registration in the respective country.

     

    2) A copy of the articles of association or other document used for establishing the business, to be submitted in the original or as a certified notarised copy.

     

    3) Identification document of the legal representative (valid identity card or passport).
